Here’s your chance to watch and discuss the film Half The Sky: Turning Oppression into Opportunity for Women Worldwide, by filmmaker Maro Chermayeff. The film was inspired by the best-selling book of the same name.

Filmed in six countries, Half the Sky will take you on a journey that tells the stories of inspiring, courageous individuals. Across the globe, oppression is being confronted and real meaningful solutions are being fashioned through health care, education, and economic empowerment for women and girls.
