Give soldiers a little taste of home by donating Girl Scout Cookies through the local Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona. Cookies are sent to U.S. Soldiers overseas via Operation Gratitude, a project of the United Service Organizations.

There are three ways to donate:

  1. Make a donation online.
  2. Tell your neighborhood Girl Scout that you would like to support soldiers overseas.
  3. Go in-person to the Tucson Resource Center, 4300 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson. Office: 520.327.2288

The deadline is Saturday, March 24, 2012.

Last year, 11,000 boxes of cookies were sent to soldiers. This year, the goal is more ambitious - 24,000 boxes of Girl Scout Cookies to soldiers.

* Donations are 100% tax deductible.
