A brand new Graze Premium Burgers will open in East Tucson by early January 2018.
Located at 5635 E. Broadway (just east of Craycroft), the restaurant is being designed by local company FORS architecture/interiors.
Originally built as a service station in the 1960's, the 1800 sq ft building is now being transformed into a modern eatery with a trendy "indoor outdoor feel" and a fresh new color palette.
The fast-casual restaurant specializes in premium burgers and fresh cut fries cooked in non-GMO rice bran oil. Graze proudly serves antibiotic and hormone free beef, free-range chicken, shakes with all-natural ice cream, and organic sugar cane sodas. Grass-fed beef burgers are also available for $1 extra.
There are three kids meals available for ages 10 & under - burger, ($4.99), hot dog ($5.99), or grilled cheese ($4.99). Served with fries and a fountain drink.
One of the perks of ordering fries at Graze is an included dipping sauce bar with six options - ranch, honey mustard, BBQ, sweet red chili, sriracha mayo, and curry ketchup. Rumor has it that more dipping sauces are in the works.
In a hurry? An order-ahead pick-up window is included in the design for this location.
Hours at the new location will be the same as those of the current Graze (on Speedway between Tucson Blvd & Country Club): Sun-Thurs, 11am-9pm, Fri-Sat, 11am-10pm.
