Pack your backpacks or get out your remote learning devices! It's almost time for Tucson kids and teens to hit the books and head back to school.
On June 29, Governor Doug Ducey issued an Executive Order delaying in-person learning until August 17 due to COVID-19. School districts are permitted to start distance learning, however, based on each district’s adopted calendar.
School districts, charter schools, and private schools are all slowly beginning to release their plans for fall 2020. Some are offering in-person classes with increased health & safety measures. Others are offering remote/virtual learning opportunities. Many are offering both options.
