Casino Del Sol and The Western Music Association AZ Chapter are proud to present an Old Tucson Signature Event, the 3rd Annual Cowboy Music Festival & Western Art Show, on April 27 and 28. Featuring traditional and original Cowboy music plus Cowboy Church on Sunday morning, the event takes place from 10am to 6pm on both days and includes a Western Art Show.
During both days of the festival, Western Music Association luminaries will sing and recite Cowboy poetry on five stages throughout the Old West town. The Cowboy Music Festival & Western Art Show is pleased to showcase Diana Madaras as the 2013 featured artist and her painting “Strummin” as the image for this year’s festival. Along with Ms. Madaras, more than a dozen local artists will showcase and sell their work.
Scheduled musicians include: Rex Allen Jr., The Bill Ganz Western Band, Juni Fisher, Miss Devon & The Outlaw, and more.
In addition to live musical acts on multiple stages and hand-crafted art on display and for sale, visitors also will enjoy Old Tucson’s trademark stunt shows, living history presentations, historic tours, and rides for the kids. Old Tucson restaurants will be open and serving up signature grub for the entire family.
