Defy Tucson is Pima County's largest trampoline and extreme air sports park. Located in northwest Tucson near Sam's Club and the Tucson Mall, the facility is spacious and well-designed for optimal fitness and fun.
Visitors of all ages pay in 60, 90, or 120 minute increments. In addition to general use jump space, there are also foam pits, balance beams, obstacle courses, swings, and dodgeball/basketball areas.
One of the best things about Defy Tucson is the open design concept which allows parents to easily keep eyes on their children.
Defy Tucson can be found at 4861 N. Stone Avenue (at River Rd) in northwest Tucson.

Yes. Every jumper needs to have a signed waiver on file. The fastest and most convenient option is to sign the required form(s) before you arrive.
Two hours should be an ample amount of time, but you can always add time if you're having a jumptastic time.
Wear breathable, comfortable clothing that allows for a good range of motion. Athletic shorts, breathable shirts, stretchy pants, t-shirts, and elastic waists are good options.
Lockers are free to use. Stash your shoes and other belongings in a locker while you jump.
Yes - music is played at all times and is played at a reasonable volume (thank you, Defy Tucson!).
Weekday mornings have softer music and more rock & roll later in the day. One thing we love about Defy is that they do not condone or play music that may be offensive to customers (eg violence, sex, cursing, etc).
Bring your Defy Tucson grip socks and a water bottle.
If you have a pair of non-Defy trampoline socks, you have the option of trading them in for a pair of Defy socks.
Defy Tucson is most crowded on holidays, school breaks, and weekends. Weekdays tend to be less crowded.
Defy Tucson has a snack bar on-site that offers a small selection of snacks (chips, candy, ice cream).
Outside food is permitted in birthday party rooms (see below), but not on the attraction floor.
Jumpers are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles and may refill them at on-site drinking fountains.
