Afro-Brazilian Music: Rhythms, Songs, and Instruments of Capoeira and Brazil at Martha Cooper Library

Feel the vibrations of percussion instruments. Let your hands and voice sing. Learn to play Afro-Brazilian rhythms on a variety of traditional percussion instruments. Sing and experience the energy of songs in Portuguese that drive Afro-Brazilian capoeira and dance.

Presented by Capoeira Mandinga Tucson.

Space is limited for this free event. Tickets will be available at the desk a half hour before the start of the program. Must be present to receive a ticket.
