Spring is in the air in April. Join Tamara as she demonstrates how to make Coconut Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta in teacups! She will also demo the art of pavlovas (meringues) along with a savory Smoked Salmon Muffin. The menu includes Mascarpone Ham tea sandwiches, Egg Salad, Carrot Cake Mini Cupcakes, and other delicious spring-time treats. $68/pp includes the class, handouts, and 3-course afternoon tea with wine. Sat. April 4th 11-2pm OR Sun. April 5th 1-4pm.
