The 3rd Annual City of Gastronomy Downtown Chef’s Table will take place on Sunday, October 29th at 5:30pm at the Carriage House. A percentage of the proceeds from the dinner will go to Tu Nidito and Fox Tucson Theatre- recipients from the past two Chef’s Table events.
Chef Wilder has once again assembled an outstanding representation of Downtown Tucson culinary talent. Most of the group has collaborated before and all are looking forward to creating another memorable dinner for two great causes. Participating Chefs include: Brian Smith, Maynards, Carlotta Flores and Gary Hickey, Charro Steak, Patricia Schwabe and Brian Eichorst, Penca, Brandon Dillon, Reilly Craft Pizza & Drink, Alex O’Neill and Erika Bostick, Agustin Kitchen and The Coronet, Janos Wilder and Devon Sanner, DOWNTOWN Kitchen + Cocktails and the Carriage House, and Chris Bianco, Pizzeria Bianco.
The Chefs Table dinner will begin at 5:30pm with custom crafted cocktails and paired appetizers, followed by a four course -wine paired dinner. Prior to each course, chefs will discuss their inspiration for their particular dish and/or cocktail with the guests. The cost per person is $150 (includes tax and gratuity).
The event is limited to 150 guests and is expected to sell out. Carriage House is located at 146 E. Broadway, with the entrance on Arizona Avenue just east of DOWNTOWN Kitchen + Cocktails .
