A bountiful holiday brunch complete with irresistible springtime desserts, a children’s buffet, and visit from the Easter Bunny will be presented at CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar this Easter Sunday, April 12. Featuring the most varied and extensive Easter selection ever offered at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, this year’s spring garden-inspired celebration will include appetizers, made-to-order sushi, a fresh raw bar, soups, salads, breakfast and brunch selections, a pasta station, egg and omelet station, chef’s carving station presenting glazed ham and roasted beef, added main courses, vegetables, sides and desserts. Also on the menu: a new Iberico ham carving station, lamb chops grilling station, and the ultimate sweet and savory waffle bar.
