Starters (guests choose one)

  • Asparagus Bundles, smoked eggplant, horseradish aioli
  • Sweet Potato Lox, chickpea pancake, pickled onion, caper, dill cream
  • Farm to Table Salad

Mains (guests choose one)

  • House-made Vegan Breakfast Sausage, root vegetable hash, local greens
  • Southwest Corn Cakes, avocado black bean salsa, zucchini bacon
  • Kale Rueben Sandwich, housemade kraut, hand-cut potato chips (contains gluten, cheese optional)
  • Quentin’s Happy Eggs Frittata, hollandaise sauce, fresh fruit (contains real eggs)

Sweets (guests choose one)

  • Vegan Donuts with home made jam (contains gluten)
  • Fresh Fruit Coconut Custard Parfait
  • Caramelized Sweet Potato Sundae (contains dairy, dairy free available)
