Family Adventure Saturday: Halloween and Dia de los Muertos at Presidio Museum

This monthly event is open to children of all ages but is ideal for 4-7 year olds and their families. Events may include a tour of the Presidio Museum, colonial-period games, a story time, and much more!

October’s Family Adventure Fourth Saturday will have a variety of hands-on activities that focus on Halloween and Dia de los Muertos:

***Decorate paper sugar skull masks
***Create papel picado (paper decorative flags) and treats at each station.
***A Face painter will decorate visitors’ faces with Día de los Muertos or any other desired designs.
***Representatives from Tucson’s Sugar Skulls indoor football team will also be on hand to distribute Sugar Skulls souvenirs and information.
***Guests are encouraged to come in costume and/or face paint.

All activities are included with regular museum admission and will run from 10 am-1 pm.
