During this interactive hands-on class, you will learn how butcher a whole chicken into its component parts and use all of the parts effectively. By learning how to break down a whole chicken you will not only save money, but you will have the flexibility of using every part to create unique recipes.
Skills taught: chicken butchery, how to make a tagine, how to make a stock and sauce
