Start Off at the Pocket Park at 5:00pm to get a Printed Map and partake in the Send-Off Parade at 5:30pm on Tuesday, October 31 (all optional).

The evening will begin with a Halloween parade at the PVNA Pocket Park at 3330 E. Willard Street. Bring your kids to show off their costumes and pick up a Trick or Treat map. Then head out to collect treats!
