The term “artisan” describes a person with extensive experience and a special gift with their craft. When the word is applied to food, it means it’s prepared using more traditional methods and the highest quality ingredients. An artisan pizza can have basic, traditional toppings or something more creative, but it’s the freshness and quality of the ingredients that make a pizza truly artisan. In this Antsy Nancy class, you’ll not only stretch your own dough, you’ll stretch your imagination! A multitude of fresh, delicious, and locally sourced meats, herbs, and vegetables will be provided to customize your own artisan pizza.
Each student will make and enjoy a personal 6-inch artisanal pizza.
Students 21+ are welcome to bring their own wine, champagne, beer, etc. to enjoy during class. Please see the BYOB policy for details.
