Cooking Matters helps kids develop a love of cooking and the skills to make healthy food choices wherever they go using engaging hands-on activities, appealing and interactive recipes for kids, and fun worksheets. Topics include whole grains, fruits and vegetables, hydration, and low-fat dairy. Participants will take away handouts, 2-ounce food samples, and information to inspire kids and their families to make healthy, affordable food choices.
