February 12, 2024 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

$60 – $75

Paella is one of Spain’s most well-known traditional dishes, with endless regional variations. This dish, closely tied with Spain, has a much older origin than its modern interpretations, and is reflected in the ubiquitous Mexican arroz rojo, red rice. This cooking demonstration class will discuss the Middle Eastern origins of the dishes, as well as ample tastings of both.
