This is an introductory class in building direct current circuits using batteries, switches, LEDs and sensors. Electricity powers nearly every aspect of our modern lives, but have you ever thought about what electricity is and how we make it work for us? In this class, you'll learn the fundamentals of electricity and how circuits function, plus you'll come away with a pretty cool LED project all your own.
For this event, park in the Alameda Street garage under the library and receive a program chaser ticket at the end of the event to receive two free hours of parking. You may also drop off and pick up your tween/teen at the short-term parking bay on the Stone Avenue side of the library.
