Public Discussion Forum: A Panel on the Restaurant Industry at Fox Tucson Theatre

The first panel in the University of Arizona’s Center for the Philosophy of Freedom new Public Discussion Forum series will focus on the restaurant industry, featuring Chef/Founder Amanda Cohen of Dirt Candy (NYC), Don Guerra, Chef/Founder of Barrio Bread and co-owner of Barrio Charro, and Chef Maria Mazon, Chef/Founder of Boca Tacos (all nominated for a James Beard award this year!). Moderated by Sabrina Medora.

The event is free, but requires registration and will take place Wednesday March 30th 6pm-7:30pm.
