There’s sure to be a lot of green in this activity as Prep & Pastry’s executive pastry chef, Kianna, demonstrates some of her secrets of cookie decorating for this fun and tasty Studio Spark. "We’re decorating cookies to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on March 17. That’s the day the celebrates all things Irish – and surely the Irish like cookies!"
Kianna trained as a pastry chef right here in Tucson at Pima Community College. Baking is her favorite thing to do, and being an executive pastry chef is her dream job – she gets to make delicious pastries every day!
Each ticket includes a kit with 2 shamrock cookies, 2 leprechaun hat cookies, 2 pot of gold cookies; green, yellow and white frosting; and assorted sprinkles. Kits will be available for pick-up at the Museum, 200 S. 6th Ave. on Friday, March 12, and in the morning on Saturday, March 13.
