“The Grand Canyon Mystery” at Live Theatre Workshop
September 9 @ 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm
An event every week that begins at 12:30pm on Sunday, repeating until November 11, 2018
FOGNeR (The Fraternal Order of the Great Northern Rim) is holding its annual autumn meeting to ensure that everything is ready for the upcoming winter on the Grand Canyon’s north rim.
Winter coats? Check!
Sufficient warm shelter? Check!
Food supply? Uh-oh! The food supply that the animals worked hard to save is gone!
Any number of crafty critters could be responsible: the raccoon, the weasel, the snake, or was it one of their own FOGNeR members: Barry Buffalo, Carey Cardinal, Geri Jack Rabbit, Mary Mountain Lion, or Elfrid Binghampton Elk the Third? They will need to work fast to solve this mystery before winter comes.
Be part of the audience and watch the mystery unfold. Kids and adults will enjoy this wild woodland story!
“There is plenty of humor for adults in all of our Family Series shows and kids will love the crazy animal antics in this funny original comedy,” said Director Stephen Frankenfield.
Tucson talent includes Kristian Kissel, who wrote the script and David Ragland, who wrote the music and lyrics for the nine original songs in the show. “The Grand Canyon Mystery” is directed by Stephen Frankenfield with choreography by Samantha Cormier. Featured actors are Tucsonans Karl Hass, Jon Heras, Kyleigh Sacco, Mike Saxon, and Margaret Smith.
