La Encantada's newest restaurant—Humble Pie - will open its doors on Friday, November 27, 2015.
The cozy neighborhood pizza stop, located on the second level of the shopping plaza (adjacent to RA Sushi, Frost Gelato, NoRTH, and other favorites), will have 125 seats with 2,007 SQ feet on the inside and an 800 SQ foot patio offering views of the Catalina foothills. Additional features include a wood-burning pizza oven, inside-outside bar, an upbeat family-friendly vibe, and the casual atmosphere that is a hallmark of Humble Pie.
With eight locations in the Phoenix area, Humble Pie’s reputation has grown and made it a valley favorite. Customers rave about their mouth-watering “crust-to-crave” artisan pizzas, salads, sandwiches, pastas and burgers, as well as an extensive wine list and specialty cocktails.
Humble Pie at La Encantada will be the ninth restaurant in Arizona and the first location in Tucson.
Humble Pie’s Express Lunch offers pizza, salad, and soup combos from $8.95 to $10.95 and are available 11:00am to 3:00pm daily.
Happy hour specials are available daily from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Think: $3 draft beer, $3 cheezy bread, $4 well cocktails, $5 fried mozzarella sticks, $7 pizzas, and MORE.
The Thursday Date Night special offers a three-course dinner for two at $24.95.

Humble Pie is open from 11:00am to 10:00pm, Monday through Saturday and 11:00am to 9:00pm Sundays. Reservations are welcome.
