Join the American Red Cross for the Arizona Blood Services Region Run for Blood 5K on Sunday, January 20th.
The course will follow a 3.1 mile loop around Reid Park, beginning and ending at Ramadas #20 and #22. The loop course is flat and paved. No bikes, pets, or roller blades will be permitted.
All net proceeds of the Run for Blood will benefit the Arizona Blood Services Region. Proceeds from this event will be used to support blood collection activities of the Arizona Blood Services Region that are not covered by the Region’s normal operating budget.
ABOUT ARIZONA BLOOD SERVICES REGION: The Arizona Blood Services Region has been collecting blood since 1948. It serves 26 hospitals in Arizona. In order to meet the needs of patients in these hospitals, the region must collect at least 5,500 units of blood each month.
