Pima County Public Library invites all TEENS (ages 12 to 18, or grades 6-12) to participate in their 2013 Summer Reading Program – “Beneath the Surface.”
Here’s the scoop.
Step 1: Sign up for Summer Reading. Teen readers get a tracker to mark their progress. The more you read the more great stuff you get. Meet your reading goals to receive a coupon for a free Brooklyn’s Pizza, a $10 coupon from Bookmans Entertainment Exchange, and a pass for one admission to Breakers Water Park. Also: Pick up a copy of Summer Reading Times for a list of events and some great discount coupons.
Step 2: Read for fun. Have fun reading! Read with someone else, read aloud to a friend or family member, read to learn something new, read a new author, or read or listen to a different type of book and talk about what you’re reading.
Step 3: Visit the library. Come for an event. Visit your neighborhood library or try a new one. Bring a friend.
