The Winterhaven Festival of Lights is almost upon us!
Each year more than 60,000 visitors of all ages enjoy the mid-town neighborhood’s spectacular holiday lights and decoration display – and generate thousands of pounds of food and monetary donations for the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona.
The Festival of Lights opening night will be Saturday, December 15, beginning at 5:30 pm at the neighborhood’s center island.
This year’s Festival schedule is Saturday, December 15th through Saturday, December 29th from 6:00pm to 10:00pm nightly. Visitors may stroll the neighborhood nightly, however, designated drive-through nights are December 18th, 28th and 29th.
Note that drive thru nights are very thick with traffic so please keep that in mind when you visit.
Visitors may also enjoy hay wagon rides and heated trolley rides, available from private vendors on select nights.
Here are the key dates again for your planning convenience:
Walk Thru nights: 15th, 16th, 17th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th.
Drive Thru Nights: 18th, 28th, 29th.

- NOTES: There is no entrance fee to visit the Festival of Lights, however, visitors are encouraged to bring non-perishable food and canned goods or make a monetary donation when arriving. Food Bank volunteers accept donations at the entrances into the neighborhood.
