CMT Summer Camps offer fun-filled learning! Campers will enjoy hands-on art projects, experiments, demonstrations, and time in the Museum.
Children’s Museum Tucson offers 10 weeks of in-person, hands-on Summer Camps for kids ages 4-9, beginning May 31, 2021. Each half-day camp, from 8:30 am-12:30pm Monday-Friday, is led by a member of the Education Team, with topics ranging from Fairies to Festivals!
All camps are $155, with discounts available for members.
Children will learn horsemanship skills in a supportive, hands-on environment in the beautiful Sonoran Desert in Vail, AZ! Topics covered including feeding, watering, grooming, saddling, putting on the bridle, round pen, arena work, and riding. Just Horsin' Around Camps have been running continuously since 1997. Over 20 years in business!
Six weeks of camp are available: May 31-June 4, June 7-11, June 21-25, June 28-July 2, July 12-16, and July 19-23. Absolute beginners through intermediate riders are welcome. $200 per child per week.
Transportation is available from Frys Gas Station in Rita Ranch at 7am and 4:50pm, Roadrunner Market in Corona De Tucson at 7:20am and 4:30pm, Qwik Mart/Chevron on Colossal Cave at 7:20am and 4:30pm, Walgreens at Broadway and Swan at 7:00am and 5pm, Safeway at Broadway and Campbell at 7:15am and 4:45pm, and I-10 and South 6th Avenue at 7:30 am and 4:30pm.
